Shipping and delivery

Choose your destination using Ship to before adding FrostPilot to your cart. We deliver to the destinations available for your address at checkout. Standard shipping is included in your country-specific product price; any applicable taxes are shown separately at checkout.

Processing and transit

Zendrop currently estimates average transit to the United States at around 8 days after dispatch. Preparation is additional and is not included in that estimate. Initial orders, stock changes, customs, remote destinations and seasonal carrier delays may take longer. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.

Our delivery-destination selector shows the latest available catalog average for other listed destinations. If no estimate is available, contact us before ordering. A catalog estimate does not guarantee service to every address.

Tracking and multiple items

We send tracking information when your order ships. Use Track your order on the website with the tracking number from your shipping email. Multiple items can arrive together or in separate parcels. A single-package shipment is not guaranteed.

Shipping protection is included free

No paid shipping-protection option is required. If an order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us with your order number and available evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable and cover the costs of resolving a qualifying issue. Optional accidental-damage cover applies separately to qualifying accidents after delivery.

Taxes and address changes

Import duties or local taxes may be charged by your destination country unless already collected at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if your address is wrong; changes can only be made before dispatch. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
